4years ago we moved to Sarasota and at some point we had to get some dental care. We had to change a couple of offices untill we found the Modern Smile Design. Most of the dental offices are good enough and the staff is everywhere polite. But this office excells all of them. Besides it is operated by the highly skilled doctors and professional staff, it is packed with state-of-the art cutting-edge equipment. I was astonished when the hygienist took a piece of equipment, that works like a "sand-blasting industrial"one, being medical, for dental cleaning. Say "good by" to scrapers, to ultrasonic tools and paste polishing. The whole procedure took 10-15 minutes, pain free and no inconveniance. My teeth have never looked so clean. I will bring in my whole family and all my friends to the Modern Smile Design.

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. The dentist was incredibly kind, gentle, and took the time to explain everything in detail. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. I recently visited Modern Smile Design for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The office is very bright and welcoming, and Dr. Olga Dontsova was incredibly professional, kind, and patient. She’s also amazing with kids - my child felt comfortable and at ease throughout the visit. What really stood out was the personal touch - we even received a card after our appointment, which was so thoughtful. I highly recommend Dr. Dontsova and her team for anyone looking for a warm, professional, and family-friendly dental office!

The entire process was painless, calm, and comfortable, which was especially important to me because I was very nervous. Dr. Olga Dontsova is one of the best doctors that I’ve ever met. She is knowledgeable, thorough and understanding. Her work on my teeth is impeccable and she always makes me feel comfortable. The office staff is incredibly helpful, professional and work very hard for the interest of the patient. Julia at the front desk is a sweetest and kindest person. The office design is functional and aesthetically pleasing, I love it here! I would highly recommend Modern Smile Design to all of my friends with confidence. I came to the clinic for dental treatment, like many people, with a lot of fear and anxiety. I still have a lot of treatment ahead, but I can already say with confidence that I have never experienced such a caring and attentive attitude. The doctors are patient and very gentle, and the atmosphere is incredibly friendly. You completely forget that dental treatment can be painful. I’m looking forward to my next appointment and to my beautiful smile. 😊

This dentist office deserves Five star rating. From the first time I made the call for my appointment to the visit. The office provided water over and over. Blanket amd hot washcloth for my face after I got my tooth done!! Listen I was supposedly with a tooth that needed a root canal per two other dentist but this office thanks you Dr Khlevnoy listened and looked and I was not having symptoms I felt the 4k estimate from a clearwater dentist for one tooth (wanted me to right then and there have a root canal and crown and pressure was strong!) I really had no issues but the Dr said it’s infected and it needed immediate attention. I said I was shocked it was 4k for one tooth maybe o just do a implant he said that over $5500. OMG Insane. It was a cavity when I went to Modern Smile the dentist listened and said let me see it’s possible we can remove the silver filing and just fill it again! Guess what it was just that and not necessary for me to have a root canal. In fact Modern smile pricing was HALF for the root canal that’s why I went to Sarasota from Clearwater. I am fine and it was $333 for my new filing on a molar tooth. The other dentist wouldn’t even consider helping me avoid a root canal /crown. In fact when I called to cancel they were not happy with me! I am so relieved to have found this amazing group!! Trust me goto the right dentist! This group and their service is top notch!!!

I had my teeth straightened with aligners and later got veneers at Modern Smile Design, and I honestly can’t stop smiling. The entire process was fast, professional, and incredibly well organized. Dr. Dontsova’s work is exceptional — precise, thoughtful, and done with the highest level of expertise. From the very beginning, I felt confident and comfortable trusting her with my smile.
